An impeccably clean room provided with sheets to be cleaned, 2 double beds, drinks. The best breakfast with great food. Amazingly nice staff, smooth check-in and comfortable bar: )

New-fashioned room with coffee pot and fresh towels and a King bed with rollaway bed and good and the best breakfast to start the day. The pool area is nice too. The smooth check-in process too.

Beautiful location and pretty friendly staff where a definite plus. Easy access to Sangster International airport, which was about 15 minutes' drive away. The breakfast was above average and large at the grill.

The pool here was clean and I enjoyed sipping on refreshing drinks at the poolside bar 🍹. Check-in was quick and easy, and the room was spacious and looked brand-new. The sheets definitely needed to be cleaned, but at least there was internet available.

The service at this hotel is outstanding. The rooms are beautifully kept, good-sized, and functional. Convenient location only 3 miles away from Coral Cliff.

The staff at Sunscape Splash Montego Bay Resort And Spa went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. One specific situation that stood out was when we arrived early and our rooms weren't ready. The front desk staff, especially Martel, worked hard to accommodate us by getting at least one or two rooms ready early so we could start our vacation right away. They were friendly and attentive throughout our stay, making us feel welcome and valued as guests. The entertainment and activities provided by the staff were also great, creating a fun and vibrant atmosphere. we had an amazing vacation with friends and family thanks to the amazing staff at Sunscape Splash Montego Bay Resort And Spa.

Staff were friendly,helpful,polite very thoughtful .The Mento Band ,. Very versatile ,relaxing and enjoyable.Will return with loved ones soon.Found the Spa experience the to be very therapeutic. Staff members especially H and T were awesome,very professional ,helpful,active listeners .I found the Spa so relaxing that invited 2 local college mates to spend the day and and share in the Memorable ,restful experience..Enjoyed the evening Socials and the energy of the youthful organizers who involved the children in many activities.

Difficulties accessing Wifi in designated areas on a few occasions but staff were very accommodating. Not enough curry goat,missed eating Ackee and salt fish.Would like to have less fish fillet and more whole steamed,Jamaican style cooked fish eg snapper,fish steaks.

We had a great time at this hotel, it had all the amenities we wanted, beautiful views, and a delicious breakfast in the morning. We also took advantage of being close to the Montego Bay Marine Park, which was just 4 km away.

Everything was excellent, including exceptional staff and marvellous location to muddy the waters as the sand is underlain by clay.

Affordable rooms that are well-equipped and come with fresh towels. The staff and management know what they're doing. 👍

We had a great time celebrating our anniversary at this hotel. The reception lines were a bit slow but we were upgraded to a room with a sea view and given a bottle of wine and a fruit platter to celebrate. The room was clean and comfortable, and the food was good. The hotel's staff was kind and helpful, and we had fun exploring the hotel facilities. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to the Sushi restaurant was convenient.

Some of the staff were olite and some were not. The waterpark buildings (small tower for the kids) need some painting and that was a turn off.
