The staff is fantastic friendly here, the services are excellent, and location is stunning just off Sunscape Splash Montego Bay, the beach, and certain areas. The units are brand-new, good-sized with stocked fridge, a comfy bed, for instance...

Staff were friendly, helpful, polite very thoughtful .The Mento Band ,. Very versatile ,relaxing and enjoyable. Will return with loved ones soon.Found the Spa experience the to be very therapeutic. Staff members especially H and T were awesome, very professional ,helpful, active listeners .I found the Spa so relaxing that invited 2 local college mates to spend the day and and share in the Memorable ,restful experience..Enjoyed the evening Socials and the energy of the youthful organizers who involved the children in many activities.
Difficulties accessing Wifi in designated areas on a few occasions but staff were very accommodating. Not enough curry goat, missed eating Ackee and salt fish.Would like to have less fish fillet and more whole steamed,Jamaican style cooked fish eg snapper, fish steaks.

Snorkleing thats alll
Some of the staff were olite and some were not. The waterpark buildings (small tower for the kids) need some painting and that was a turn off.

I liked the Seaside outside of my patio, although I was next to the Volleyball area and at times it was entertaining, but the noise level was loud. The food was generally good. And the room was clean.
The location of my room was outside the Volleyball game area so the noise level during the day and evening was loud. I did not think it was a problem until I discovered that my tv in the room did not work. After calling the front desk several time and no one responded, I walked over to the desk to seek assistance. Interestingly, I called for a new television at 5:00p.m and I did not get a second television until the next day at 1:30. The second television also did not work, no sound and so I had to get a third tv. The young Technician was very helpful and cheerful. Perhaps the only staff person I found to really enjoy his job. Overall, the experience was poor. The paint in the bathtub would come off when I showered each day. That was interesting.

The housekeeping staff are the friendliest and most polite of all the staff. The omelettes are probably the best food in the main restaurant including the breakfast, lunch and dinner menu.
The food was usually cold and when this was told to the Customer Services Manager her explanation was curiously that "the Americans complain if the lids on the food are too hot to touch, that the Americans will sue if they get injured, the Americans don't like hot warm food" There is a ver poor variety of food choices. The staff are mostly surly, moody and some rather rude, except the housekeeping staff who always had a pleasant smile and a friendly good morning. Cats/kittens wondering around the restaurant freely which as they were strays is extremely unhygienic. No manager seen to be overseeing the main restaurant to ensure used crockery cleared away and tables cleared and reset for new diners. Very dark eating areas due to inadequate lighting. Definitely wouldn't stay here again.

Very pleasant staff; made an effort for ny; food in industrial dosis and buffet style was actually ok
Noisy Inferno; banal stripe of waveless sand instead of Beach; forces people to wear wrist bands; only recommended for big noisy families
